Problem
Our client faced a lot of difficulty managing security and supporting staff as they travelled to remote regions. This led to problems amongst their workforce, which amplified the need to address security gaps.
Solution
Our security director, vice president, and business development director in Canada collaborated on a detailed request for proposal response. This included a full assessment of our client’s maturity level in managing risks to its mobile workforce. We addressed their need for access to timely and accurate information and insights along with, security support for their staff.

The impact was positive, as we provided our clients and employees with ongoing security and travel management to support business continuity.
