International SOS provided health consulting support to a large security organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Problem
Our client sought our expert assessment of the healthcare infrastructure and country preparedness where they operate. They also benefitted from our support with COVID-19 case management procedures. We finally trained their people on how to protect themselves and cope with the psychological impacts of the pandemic.
Solution
We reached out to our client and discussed our evacuation capabilities. We were on hand to provide guidance and support with management and communication during the crisis. We also assisted in the development of a COVID-19 emotional support hotline.
Impact
The impact was positive as we leveraged our health and security expertise to achieve and deliver upon our client’s healthcare agenda.
